1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Astre — including its mobile application, website, and any associated services (collectively, the "Service") — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms in full, you must not access or use the Service. Your continued use of Astre after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Description of Service

Astre is a market intelligence platform developed by Astre Labs, Inc. / NoldorLabs. The Service provides data-driven scoring, real-time options flow analysis, alerting tools, and other market research features. Astre does not provide brokerage services, execute trades, hold funds, or manage securities on behalf of users. It is a research and analysis tool only.

3. No Financial Advice

SparkScore, SparkEdge, and all data surfaces within Astre are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on Astre constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, derivative, or other financial instrument. Past signal performance is not indicative of future results.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us promptly at support@joinastre.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we believe are being used fraudulently.

5. Subscription and Billing

Astre offers a free tier and one or more paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Google Play. By subscribing, you authorize Google Play to charge the applicable fee to your payment method on a recurring basis at the interval associated with your selected plan (monthly or annual).

Cancellation stops future billing at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period. Refund requests related to Google Play charges are subject to Google's refund policy. Contact us at support@joinastre.com if you have a billing concern and we will do our best to assist.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any part of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically harvest data from Astre without express written permission
• Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials to any third party
• Use Astre data in connection with any illegal market manipulation, wash trading, or insider trading scheme
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems

7. Intellectual Property

SparkScore, SparkEdge, the Astre name, logo, and all related marks are proprietary to Astre Labs, Inc. / NoldorLabs. All content, algorithms, visual designs, and data presentations in the Service are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or display any portion of the Service or its proprietary marks without prior written permission from Astre Labs, Inc.

8. Limitation of Liability

Astre is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data displayed is accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Astre Labs, Inc. and NoldorLabs shall not be liable for any trading losses, indirect damages, data errors, or service interruptions arising from your use of the Service. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amounts you paid for the Service in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we may provide additional notice within the app. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
