This Privacy Policy describes how Astre Labs, Inc. / NoldorLabs ("Astre," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Astre mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information: Your email address and display name provided during registration.
- Usage data: Screens viewed, features used, alert triggers, and interaction events within the app. This data helps us understand how the Service is used and where to improve it.
- Device information: Device model, operating system version, app version, and push notification token for delivering alerts.
- Subscription status: Your current plan tier and subscription state, obtained via Google Play and RevenueCat.
We do not collect or store brokerage credentials, account balances, or trade history. Astre has no connection to your brokerage accounts.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service — including scoring, alerting, and feed personalization
- Send push notifications for price alerts and signal updates you have configured
- Manage your subscription and enforce tier-based feature access
- Respond to support requests and account inquiries
- Diagnose crashes and bugs through anonymized error reporting
- Understand aggregate usage patterns to guide product development
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for targeted advertising.
3. Data Sharing
We share data only with the service providers necessary to operate Astre:

We do not share personal data with advertisers, data brokers, or any parties not listed above. If we are required by law to disclose information, we will attempt to notify you unless prohibited from doing so.
4. Push Notifications
Astre uses push notifications to deliver time-sensitive alerts — such as price movement thresholds, volume events, and signal triggers — that you configure within the app. Push notifications require a device-level push token, which we store solely for the purpose of delivering alerts.
You can disable push notifications at any time through:
- The Notifications section in Astre's Settings screen
- Your device's system notification settings for the Astre app
Disabling notifications will not affect your ability to use other features of the Service.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing privacy@joinastre.com. We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days.
6. Security
We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information, including:
- TLS encryption for all data in transit between the app and our servers
- Encryption at rest for data stored in our database
- Hashed password storage — we never store plaintext passwords
- Access controls limiting which team members can access production data
No security system is perfectly secure. We recommend using a strong, unique password for your Astre account and enabling screen lock on your device. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@joinastre.com.
7. Children's Privacy
Astre is intended for users aged 18 and older. The Service involves financial market data and tools that are not appropriate for minors. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly. Contact us at privacy@joinastre.com if you believe a minor has created an account.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Deletion: Request that we delete your account and associated personal data
- Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format
